This dining room will fill your 'culinary' senses with its wood décor, oak tables, and our regional specialities based on Comté (the regional A.O.C cheese), Vin Jaune (A.O.C) and morel mushrooms. Our chef, Christelle, will surprise you with our local and typical dishes served directly in a sizzling hot pan. Lilian is himself a wine specialist and will guide you through the local A.O.C varieties and other French wines.

Welcome to Clairvaux-les-Lacs in Jura, a small town on the edge of the lake.
You will be enchanted by the variety of natural sites to be discovered: lakes, waterfalls, rivers, caves, spectacular rock formations, all with convenient viewpoints, and all accessible on foot, by bicycle, or on horseback…Hérisson waterfalls (31 in all) starting at 11 km from the town. There are many rambling and walking trails, all well maintained and signposted. A number of lakes with beaches in the surrounding area: Clairvaux-les-Lacs is ideal for families with children of all ages, (supervised in the summer period, a multi-level diving board, pedal-boats), Lake Vouglans is 15 km away (the 3rd largest dam in France) and stretches over 35km in length, offering most water sports with 3 different speed areas for: water-skiing, sailing, canoeing, fishing, jet-ski, cruise ship. For the gourmet or wine connoisseur, the 'Route des vins' and the 'Route du Comté' both offer an introduction to the Jura A.O.C gastronomy.
